NEW DELHI: Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar on Friday has given sanction to Delhi Police to prosecute BJP MP Ashok Argal in the 2008 cash-for-votes scam, a police official said on Friday.
“We have got permission from the concerned authority. Now, a chargesheet will be filed,” Ashok Chand, Deputy Commissioner of Delhi Police, told said.
