Ford Foundation funding Anna Team and thier sudden anti Indian army stance, coincidence ?

Ford foundation give Funds to Arundhati roy & Medha patekar,they speak against army,in favour of Kashmir Aazadi & against Afzal capital punishment. Now they are giving Funds to Arvind kezriwal & Manish shishodia NGO Kabir & Kezriwal & his ally Prashant bhushan start speaking against army,against Afzal,Kasab capital punishment & in Favour of Kashmir Aazadi

Is this coincidence or Ford foundation effect. ?
